Overall, the car was in decent condition, but starting from the third-to-last day, there was a reminder to add engine oil. Since all travel expenses were covered by my company, it was inconvenient to find a third party. It took me two hours to locate a store and switch cars. The small stores didn't have any available vehicles, so I ended up exchanging the car at the airport. The car I returned had half a tank of fuel remaining, and the staff assured me they would handle it without charging me extra.

They claimed the reserved model was unavailable and offered a free upgrade to another vehicle. They also said there were only Teslas with no charging stations available. Very poor experience, not recommended. The car had a very unpleasant smell.

The wait time actually meant we ran out of time to do what we had intended so it was disappointing from that perspective. However the process and car were outstanding.

Overall, it's okay, but the price is a bit high. The car initially had a strong smell, so I switched to a Nissan, but it still had a slight odor. The car was quite new, so overall it was acceptable.

No the car didn’t exceed my expectations. Noisy, possibly in the drive train. Rear door sticky to open. I did contact Hertz via the messenger platform (which there response on that was excellent) Only problem their response was “Thank you for that! I have sent a request for our Emergency Roadside Service team to reach out to you directly. My sincere apologies for this inconvenience! -Sam” we didn’t receive a call…. Also, the hire got extended, we will return it this Friday 5th July as agreed. No need to bother getting Roadside assistance onto it now, we’ll put up with it
