Convenient and efficient. I rented a Nissan, but since it wasn't available, I got a K5 instead, which was equally good and practical.

Everything was average. Since I arrived late, there was no need to wait in line to complete the process. However, there was a bit of an error. The designated parking spot didn't match the license plate of the car, which caused some delay.

I have rented several times from Dollar and Thrifty (same company) at Atlanta Airport. So far all my experiences have been easy. Yes sometimes you need to wait due to long queues but I have always received solid vehicles and experienced friendly staff at the Atlanta Airport.

Se intento llamar a servicio al cliente en varias ocasiones. Nunca se obtuvo respuesta. Desde mi punto de vista, ofrecer la renta de un vehículo, sin ningún tipo de seguro, me parece un poco engañoso; puesto que, al momento, de retirar el vehículo, el cliente es forzado a tener que contratar algún tipo de seguro, de no tener uno particular. El monto de la renta termino siendo el doble de lo ya pagado por el vehículo.

We had reserved a car, when we were checked in a car was not available for at least another 30-45 minutes. We did not want to wait the additional time. The only vehicle available was a truck. The first truck we got there was a low tire. They said that it would take a bit to fix that so they gave us another truck. Having not driven a truck a lot, it took so getting use to. This truck ran great. The shock came when we filled up the tank. It cost $62 to fill it. There was a reason we wanted a car.

Ended up paying charges that are unanticipated. at return, advantage representative was very rude throughout the whole process, and when she was done, she just walked away without even mentioning that the process was over.

The car was bigger than I'd bargained for and in excellent condition. The only slight problem was that the driver's seat smelled strongly of men's cologne. The guys behind the counter and at checkout were all very nice and extremely helpful.
