The questions here on qeeq are very misleading. Somehow it gives a score of 7, yet where is the question about whether I was ripped off or not? On that can I give -10 score? I brought the car back with a full tank with evidence to prove yet they charged me 19 gallons x ~$3.50 x 2 (133 usd) after I got on the plane. Hoping this is an honest mistake but no response from Budget this far. So essentially l my booking cost doubled.

Car was in much poorer condition than the vehicles we own. Fox Tampa staff is great; Fox corporate customer service awful. 2 major issues. After driving a bit, had an oil/burning smell that would not go away--seemed to have a bad tire or wheel bearing. Also, had a soft tire (took picture of air pressure screen) on pickup. Discovered next day that it wouldn't hold air after re-filling with air, because it had a nail in it. Fox Customer Service said we needed to pay because it was not reported within 6 hours. Very disappointed in their lack of appropriate service.

Fox pushed to up sell when processing us through by having the agent say we needed to purchase $12.99 per day for the electronic highway toll pass while driving in Florida. The agent said there were no longer any cash toll booths on any toll highway. This was not true… We declined and we’re nervous about the tolls, after researching the issue and using cash toll booths we felt a lot better about it.

Although the company is small and hasn't been established for very long, with only one or two staff members, I was initially worried after reading some reviews. But it turned out to be quite the opposite. Their service was excellent, the young staff were very friendly, and they responded to questions quickly. They would do their best to meet any requests you have. We will definitely rent from them again next time we go to the U.S., as they offer great value for money!

AZ Customer Service Team was helpful. My recommendation to AZ Rentals would be to ensure their vehicle's cigarette lighters are functioning properly, given they're used to power multiple small electronic devices, through adapters, including: Garmin GPS Devices, Multiple Cell Phones and MP3 Players.

Europcar does not exist at Tampa Airport where I was supposed to get my car. It was very stressful until I got in touch with someone who told me to look for Advantage. Then they had no record of my payment. I never in my whole life had a worse experience.

Europcar do not operate from Tampa, instead they use another provider who I was not informed about so when I arrived I could not find the provider. Given a vehicle of the grim the manufacturer but smaller model

I was charged $36.23 for fuel even though I filled up the gas tank before returning the car, the tank was full at the time the vehicle was returned, a total rip off I`ll never rent from you again !!!!

The car was scratched and dented on the front back and sides,and I had to go back to the office twice to get these recorded. When I returned the car I barely had time to remove the luggage before it was driven away without any inspection.

Counter staff should have explained tolls are only around Tampa and Miami. We had to drive 2 hrs back to airport to cancel transponder but problem was dealt with very quickly and courteously

Ace, in my opinion, is misleading customers about tolls. We spent 140.00 for a program that we would otherwise have spent $1.50 for each of two tolls by paying cash. We were told you couldn't pay cash and going without their coverage would have cost $50.00 per toll in penalties because the toll booths were unmanned. This wasn't true.There were collectors at each toll booth. Going to the Attorney General with this.
