The car rental process was very quick. There was no Jeep available temporarily, so we got upgraded to a Ford Expedition, a super large SUV that was very comfortable, with no change in price.

Very satisfied overall. However, due to a miscalculation of the time difference, the booking was scheduled for a day later than my actual arrival. As a result, I had to rent an extra day separately, which was very expensive at the store's standard rates. Next time, I'll make sure to account for the time difference properly to avoid such issues. The hotel was also booked for a day later, and I had to pay for the first night on-site, which was quite costly.

This was my first time using this company. It was economical and practical with good service. There was no unnecessary upselling of insurance, and they recommended a toll pass, which you could choose to use or not. The service was quite good.

Car was a huge disappointment. Low windshield wiper fluid at pick up. Asked employee as I was checking out about low fluid, just shrugged her shoulders. Called customer service to complain about the car and low fluid. No help, stated would message rental desk at Dallas airport. Huge waste of my time. Will never rent a car from you again. Last experience was excellent. No customer service.

The first Van was pretty nice but had a tail light out, so I got a high mileage replacement that was a little rough around the edges. AC was cold and didnt have any issues but it probably needs to be retired.

Very old van, almost 120,000 miles. Van with bad suspension due to age and very rough and bumpy. Very rude with customers. Force customers to buy insurance or will not rent out the van, putting customers with no choices. Limited to 1,200miles for a 9 days renting, and I paid almost $1,500

Customer service was ok. Vehicle was booked with "unlimited miles" but at the counter I was told that it was 275 miles daily and on the contract it was written 375 miles daily. The van was sent out with a "patched tire" that the TPMS light stayed on constantly. I had to put another patch on the tire as it was consistently leaking. I did this at my expense.
