I didn't get a RAV4. There wasn't an equivalent other than KIA EV6. Car was ok but the biggest issue for non US resident is availability of payment for charging. All the charging apps does not allow non US resident sign ups. Only network I found was electrify america which accepts credit card. BUT each charge was more than an hour with the queueing for the lot and then charging. Simply waste of my time and stressful rental. If you are non US resident get a gasoline car.

Very convenient. The car rental office is just across the street from the airport. Both pickup and drop-off are at the same location.

Very convenient, returning the car in another city was smooth. The trunk is very spacious, fitting our six large suitcases with room for two more. The car was new and offered an excellent driving experience. Highly recommended!

Like: I have been researching premium SUV's for a long distance road trip for quite some time and every other company was at least $200 or more for a weekly rental rate. most amazingly was the gas mileage on a vehicle of that size which ended up being a 2018 Chevrolet suburban.
Dislike: The only negative was little to no washer fluid in the vehicle at pick up and unfortunately we did need to purchase some on our 13 hour trip.

The car pickup was very convenient, located just across from the exit of Buffalo Airport. The service was excellent, and the pickup process was very quick. Returning the car was also straightforward; you simply drive to the parking area on the basement level. Since the parking attendant had already left, I parked the car and handed the keys to the front desk on the first floor, where there's always likely to be someone. The staff just asked a few questions about the car’s condition and fuel level, and it was done. It felt great!
