Counter staff and shuttle staff was AMAZING! The car was a little underwhelming. Very banged up, windshield wipers didn’t work good and it rained so much 2 of the days. The rental car even over heated one day so the shuttle driver came and swapped us a car. But we had to wait for 2 hrs for responses.

Location of the airport location was a BUSH street with very large commerical vehicles in area...a little dangerous/stressful to get in and out of. Counter staff big help.

i was a little worried about my rental because of a bad experience with another company in april. ace was great. the shuttle from the airport was wonderful, the pick up agent was efficient and was quick to get us in an out. the car itself was fine. the drop off was smooth and the shuttle back to the airport was great.

The car was ready to go when we picked it up. There was slight miscommunication and someone else's reservation kept popping up instead of ours. The car ran great. Only issue was that the wipers were very squeaky.

Pick up was longer than expected with a pushy up sell, it felt like the counter staff were getting annoyed when i wasn't purchasing extras i didn't need or want. They even tried to sell me insurance that was already included as they weren't checking the booking properly. Rental car drop off signage was confusing, as the signs were blue and in plain sight when driving in to the airport, but they change to yellow small signs as you get near the terminal, so we missed the entrance and were taken back on to the highway. This added another 15 mins to dropping the car off so we were almost late. Drop off staff were trying to move the car to begin cleaning etc while our belongings were still in it, luckily we were very organized or it would have been easy to leave something behind.

It was a very long wait at the check in counter. The instructions said I would not be guaranteed a car if I was delayed upon landing & I should call Advantage. I called & the phone just rang & rang. There was a very long wait at the counter...about an hour. The service person was very nice, & said they would put me in another car so I wouldn't have to wait for a my compact. Unfortunately, the car was a Camaro, which was a difficult car for a short person, & the trunk with the very small opening was useless. The staff was very helpful in the garage when I couldn't find the brake release & the trunk release. Return was extremely quick.

When we booked the car via the site , when we got the rental place , they didn’t have the type of car we rented . They said it was a smart car which wouldn’t fit 4 agykts let alone luggage! We had to pay extra to get a bigger vechicle which we were unaware of having to do especially when the reservation was for a four door sedan like a Elantra . The windshield wipers didn’t work great and the tire pressure light went on during our travel making it very nerve wrecking during a family trip on an island . Customer service was fine though

Like: We purchased a GO Pass from Costco. Great deal. Make sure to call ahead for reservations. Stayed at the Waikiki Pearl, good clean and basic Hotel, great location friendly staff.Easy car rental gave me a free upgrade to a Altima. We went for a surfing lesson at the North shore, Pearl Harbor,Diamond Head, Rain forest, Kualoa Ranch, Ilolani Palace.

Renting a car is very convenient, and the staff are very nice. We planned to rent a Mustang convertible, but ended up with a Chrysler convertible. When we noticed the car wasn't in great condition at pickup, they immediately gave us a better one. Both pickup and return are fast and easy!

The car was decent, but the car pick-up instructions were too vague, causing a significant delay in finding the car and wasting a lot of time. I called customer service, but one number said it was not Envy’s hotline, and the other was never answered. As for the drop-off, I couldn’t find the specified parking lot, so I ended up parking in another lot and then explained the situation via email.

As expected from a major car rental company, everything was great. The service attitude was excellent, and the car had only been driven 13,000 miles, so it was pretty new. The acceleration was responsive, and the brakes were sharp—really a good car. However, there were quite a few small scratches. Remember to record those yourself. QEEQ has a dedicated feature for uploading photos, which I think is great for keeping evidence and avoiding future troubles.

We originally booked a car which was VW Jetta or equivalent, but on the day we were going to be given a Prius which would have been way too small. Luckily, the gentleman offered us a Jeep instead which was perfect. I wonder how we would have been able to fit our luggage into our car if weren't given the Jeep.

Didn’t show much interest in giving a good service just take your car and go attitude, wasn’t happy that I paid more to be able to pay Cash in branch and they wouldn’t expect it or that I paid more because they are “in terminal” but actually are not and still required a shuttle to get to them & back.
