Where do I start. It took way to long at the counter. Because a family of 12 could not get a cat. So the line was very long. Finally we checked in. Went downstaires....no cars. We had to wait almost 60 minutes. But because it was first car to come we got a way bigger car. So overal we were happy.

The service from the rental company was satisfactory. However, during the 9-day rental from Houston to New Orleans, the car had two issues, requiring two vehicle replacements. One was due to the engine warning light turning on, and the other was a flat tire with no spare tire in the trunk.

Really good, you can choose freely from dozens of cars and take the one you like. Just note that Alamo requires a driver's license translation, while National does not.

The service attitude was excellent, especially when I encountered a problem connecting to CarPlay. A young gentleman at the pickup location patiently helped me and, after discovering the issue was with my data cable, he even gave me a new one, which was a great help! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name in the rush, and I feel very sorry about that!

Worst rental car I have ever had and I have rented a lot of vehicles. Absolutely filthy. Spent 2 hours cleaning it when I got home before ever going on our trip. Will never rent from them again.

The staff was excellent esp Zahid (backend) and Curtis at front desk. First Silver Lacrosse we got had more than a dozen dings and was in poor shape from the outside. Second Red lacrosse was better but both lacrosse sedans were missin steering adjustment switches. If they get fresher inventory they ll be five stars over all.

had to make extra trip back to airport, engine light on, next car air conditioner didn't work. the 4th car finally worked for us. Never rent from them again

the car was dirty windows so bad I could not see and I stopped and got cleaner to clean them dash and armrest were stickey from coffee or coke. low tire and guage was on and they said don't worry about it just drive it. it was the dirtiest car I have ever rented took an hr to get it when I arrived there after waiting at airport for 56 minutes and was told they were only 8 minutes away and I had to call 3 times to get them there

Had to wait for an hour to get a shuttle. Many regular shuttle buses came and went while I was waiting for the special one. I was taken to a very odd location, far from the regular rental agencies. I was told that their hours were 8-5. I was only in Houston for part of the day, and 100 miles. I had to drop the van at a diff. location. I was told that the 20$ fee would be waived. It wasn't. I called Ace. They never called me back. I e-mailed Easyrentcars.com, and the e-mails were not accepted.

I was unable to obtain communication with anybody on my arrival into Houston Bush on May 7th, and ended up renting from Advantage. Your phone system messaging was awful, un-intuitive; did I understand ACE offices close at 3:00pm??!!
