The service at the pickup location was average. At first, they gave me an electric car with the battery at 70%, claiming it was fully charged. When I raised the issue, their attitude was not great. Later, they switched the car to a fuel-powered one, but the fuel gauge was just at the line, not actually full, because when I topped it off, the gauge showed well beyond the line. However, the service at the drop-off location was quite good and very smooth.
