Not enough staff, the whole car pickup process took 2.5 hours; the staff's service attitude was decent. Arrived at the store at 8:58 AM to queue, and it took two hours to register. Only one or two service windows were available, making the process extremely slow. This severely disrupted the morning schedule, and the car was finally picked up at 11:28 AM. The staff were pretty nice overall.

Car was great apart from the rear windows not coming all the way up. Common on convertibles that are not maintained. Pick up process took nearly 2.5 hours. Ridiculous bad service

The weight time for pick up of the vehicle at 8 am was over 90 minutes. This is totally unacceptable. They only have two windows which they said people out of the taxi exceptionally long amount of time to get your car and you are standing in the heat for that period of time.

ハワイ、ワイキキの店頭に英語版バウチャーを提示したのですが、ネットでの予約内容とは違う提案を強引にされました。 車種も違うものに変更、保険もいまの契約では不十分と言われ、結果的に重複した保険契約を追加されました。 抗議したのですが、それでは貸せないと言われたため、時間もなかったのでレンタルしました。 返却時にも再度抗議しましたが、とりあってもらえず、 結果的に、予約時より高額な請求に！ ありえない対応で、今後は二度とdollarは利用しません。

My reservation was hiring a convertible car. When I was picking up my car at the rental office, the Hertz staff told me none of convertible cars was available. I was suggested either to wait 20 minutes (actually it took me 1 hour to pick up the car) to pick up a convertible car or accept to pick up a Jeep Wrangler instead. It was totally a terrible experience to rent a car from Hertz.

Hertz pick up service was very poor. We waited over an hour in a line to sort paper work. They directed us to a valet pick up area where we waited another 20 minutes only to be told we needed to catch a shuttle bus to another location on the other side of waikiki to pick up our car. it was a 5-10 minute drive. We finally get our car and get told we need to fill out a drawing and mark all the dents and scratches. We told them photos were more accurate and he mentioned they weren't necessary and that this drawing was needed. Luckily we didn't take his advice and decided to take photos as when we dropped off the car they tried to say we caused a dent in the car - our photos proved that it wasn't us. It wasn't a very good experience at all. Please pass on this feedback

契約の時、Easyrentcarsで予約した内容で進めてほしかったが、保険をアップグレードされてしまった。しかし、私の不注意で車に傷をつけてしまったため、むしろアップグレードして良かった。保険でカバーできたため結果オーライ。（もちろん店舗スタッフにはこの事は伝えている） 返却時には特に車を見ることもなく数分で終了。 新しい車を貸してくれて（傷つけたのは申し訳なかったが）楽しい旅でした。

事前予約をしていましたが、受付に予約をしていない人など何組も並んでいて、30分待たされました。スタッフが2人居たから、事前予約の方と分けて受付けしてもらいたいです。

There was sand on the carpet in the front of the car and also sand on the centre console. The inside of the windscreen had not been cleaned properly and when the sun hit it, it was hard to see clearly.
