The pickup location is at a small airport, so there's virtually no waiting time. The staff is friendly and provides detailed explanations.

The representative followed the rules strictly and did not try to upsell anything. I had prepaid for a full tank of gas through QEEQ (so I didn't need to return the car with a full tank). The agent was unaware of this and insisted on a full tank return, and seemed annoyed when I asked further questions. After confirming with QEEQ that everything was fine, the representative went to the back office and made me wait for a while. Eventually, another person came out to handle the transaction.

It seemed to take a long time to move people through the short line, each transaction taking a while. The agent was able to resolve a discrepancy between my reservation/confirmation and what was reflected in the Budget system (full sized vs standard sized vehicle) but it caused a delay.

Initial car rented wasn't available so I was provided with a vehicle with much less luggage capacity. Amenities would of outweighed the luggage issue if they worked properly. Monitor for movies on the passenger side rear seat was broken.
