The service was okay, but they didn't provide the reserved car model. During the trip, a 'change engine oil soon' warning appeared, making me suspect the car hadn't been properly maintained. At least you could exchange the car at the airport, but the downside is there was no choice—you could only try out the Jeep.

Overall, it was quite good. I initially had some trouble finding the pick-up location but later realized it was actually quite obvious. The car pick-up process went smoothly. They did try to sell me some extras, but when I declined, they didn't push further, although they didn't look too happy about it. I had booked a Ford Focus but received a Kia that looked like a mini Cooper instead. I didn't mind as long as it worked. Returning the car was very smooth; the staff in charge of the return were very nice and made it a pleasant experience, making me feel like I would definitely come back next time.

Just to double check that maintenance of the car is checked on long rentals. I had the truck for almost two months. And on the second weeks starts asking me for oil change, filters etc. I did not have time to run to rental agency to serve the truck. And I did not returned because I was not going to drive the truck for more than 400 miles … other than this small inconvenience everything went well

Although I knew we were unable to prepay (which is what I prefer) for this particular booking I was very disappointed that because this is not an “international airport” we had to pay for rental with a credit card verses cash which is not disclosed for this airport. Being international I hate having to pay a service charge for foreign currency on top of my car rental to use a credit card

I wanted to extend my rental for a day and it was a nightmare. They tried to charge me a different price than the one confirmed on the phone. Had to argue with them for hours and they finally reversed the charges and made me pay the right amount. Be careful of the amounts they charge on your credit card

Everything was great EXCEPT trying to find the drop off at Ontario Airport. 2 loops around the Car Rental agencies only to find out that FOX is off site !!! Very frustrating when your trying to catch a flight ! Then 2 MORE shuttles before getting to the airport !!

The waiting time was extremely long, at least 20 minutes! Between 10-12 AM, there was basically only one person attending. The neighboring Herz and Budget counters had at least two staff and no lines.
