An excellent car rental experience. All payments were completed in China, and upon arriving in the US, the car was picked up without any additional complications. Returning the car was particularly convenient, taking almost no more than a minute to finish.

It might be because we arrived late, after midnight. The car rental company's airport pick-up service was not available, so we took another rental company's shuttle bus to the rental location. The computer system at the service desk was down, and there was only one employee handling things manually, which made the waiting time a bit long. Luckily, the staff had a great attitude, and we successfully completed the rental process in the end.

First car they gave was filthy, stains on seats, trash in car, dirt or ashes in console, Drivers side front tire was low, vehicle had strong odor of smoke. I went back in they quickly found replacement, but that can had not been cleaned either. however it was in way better shape than the first so I took it.

There was not the van that I reserved. We had to upgrade to a 12 passenger van. Your website is misleading. It was not the fault of Thrifty it was the online booking that is misleading.
