I originally rented a Chevrolet Equinox, but after picking up the car, I noticed the oil needed changing and the warning light indicated an oil change was required. I contacted Dollar, and they immediately replaced it with a Ford Mustang, which worked perfectly!

They gave me a small suv instead of medium suv the first time. Felt like they didn’t had the model at the moment because they tried to sell me an upgrade and when I said no they gave me a smaller car. After 12 hour flight I wasn’t sharp. So had to change it the next day. That went easy but i rather got the right car right away.

There was almost no queue, but since I didn't provide the arrival flight number, I picked up the car at T2 and they had to transfer the car from T1, which took half an hour.

Like: Easy car rental gave us the best value for our money. It was less then other leading companies. We did not encounter any issues when picking up or dropping off our car rental. Will definitely utilize them again.
