The car rental counter is located right where you pick up your luggage, very convenient. I booked a Kia but was given a Foton Mustang, which looks pretty cool. However, the fuel consumption is high; American cars tend to be fuel-intensive. The front passenger seat needs to be reclined flat to be comfortable, otherwise, the seat is sunken and uncomfortable to sit in. Returning the car is also very easy; you just drive to the airport parking lot. Someone comes to record the mileage and fuel data, and then you’re good to go. A few minutes later, the rental company refunds your deposit. Super convenient.

The rental company charged over 20 dollars during the rental period. When asked, it was said to be a fuel deposit. It's been half a month since returning the car with a full tank, and I still haven't seen the refund.

The store is very far from the airport, there are very few staff members, I was forced to purchase insurance, and I was forced to downgrade the car model.

When we arrived at the store, they demanded an upgrade for a higher price. After we refused, they gave us a downgraded vehicle. The next day, when we went to the store for an explanation, they pretended not to know. In the end, there was no apology!
