The location is good, right on the first floor of the airport, not crowded, quick processing. They tell you the parking spot number, and you can go directly to get your car.

Counter staff is very courteous. I forgot my headphone case in the vehicle, called Hertz local Rep and he was polite and asked me to come and get it. Got my case back the next day. Thanks.
