Checkin was smooth; but the pickup time was almost an hour as there was no car available. There was also no staff at the pickup point, so we just have to take the next car that was available when our turn was up. Condition of the 1st 2 cars was bad; we had to wait for the next available one.

Very smooth process to pick up/drop off. Was able to chose the car I wanted within the category of my reservation.
