Make sure to carefully compare your on-site order with the QEEQ order before picking up the car. My original order included a free tank of gas, but the first printed order at the counter mistakenly showed a full-to-full fuel policy. I pointed it out to the staff, and they reprinted the order correctly.

QEEQ offers affordable prices (cheaper than Budget's official website). I booked a similar model to Kia Soul and received a spacious Nissan Altima sedan. The base price includes CDW (collision damage waiver). It's recommended not to choose additional insurance upfront and instead add the official Liability insurance at the rental counter.

Terrible customer service, Never had such experience with renting car. Definitely will never rent with pay less. Will never recommend to anyone. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. They just need money and doesn’t care about customers. I reserved my car weeks before my travel and they simply said we don’t have the car size you reserved and gave some small vehicle which was terrible for 7ppl to travel. Charged me the same price for a larger vehicle even though i got a smaller vehicle. Just stay away from Payless. I would rate them negative if i could.
