Pickup and drop-off were incredibly convenient, and the inspection staff were very accommodating. Even though the car wasn't damaged, it was quite dirty after two weeks of traveling over mountains. We had an early flight and couldn't refill the tank completely, but the staff were very understanding and didn't make things difficult for us. Absolutely fantastic!

There were quite a few people picking up cars on-site. After completing the paperwork, signing your name, and leaving your credit card information, you'll receive the keys. The pickup location is in the parking lot on the second floor, and the specific spot will be provided during the process.

Amount due at pickup per your confirmation should have only been $346.92. I had to pay $449.04 to get the car at Hertz. That is over $100.00 from what QEEQ.com quoted me. WHY?????

I checked and rechecked my confirmation and no where did it say it the car was from Hertz. Finally called the number and only then I figured it out from the message. And talking about calling I had a concern that I tried to contact Hertz about. I called 10 times over 3 days and left 2 messages. Never could get through, did not receive a call back.

Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient, with simple procedures. We returned the car early in the morning and just dropped the keys into a box at the airport, no vehicle inspection needed.
