There was a slight delay as one person was handling two companies, but they upgraded the car. I originally booked a Corolla but was given a Murano instead. Adding an additional driver at no cost was great.

I mistakenly thought my order included a GPS (it did not). I asked for a GPS, and they gave me one without explaining that it would incur an extra charge or the cost. I only found out that I was charged over $60 for the GPS when I checked my credit card statement after returning home.

At first, the staff admitted that I had prepaid all the fees and said they wouldn't charge me again. But I immediately received a notification that my credit card was being pre-authorized for $1000. When I asked them, they told me to call the headquarters. The headquarters staff on the phone said the car rental company hadn't received payment from the rental platform. I called the rental platform, and they told me they settle accounts monthly with the rental company, and assured me there wouldn't be double billing. But in the end, I was double charged! Although the rental platform eventually refunded my money, I lost time and suffered from the exchange rate disparity!

We arrived late and there was no line. We were greeted by a female intern who was very friendly. Noticing that one of us had mobility issues, she kindly offered to drive the car to the entrance to make it easier for us to get in. It was very touching!

The condition of the car wasn't great. Besides some minor issues, they handed over the car with low tire pressure. The tire pressure light came on midway, making me very anxious as I thought it was a flat tire. I finally found a gas station to check it, and it turned out there was no puncture, just insufficient air in the tires at handover!
