On drop off I forgot my gloves in the car and I was already back at the airport when I noticed. The staff organized to have the gloves delivered to me within half an hour of my drop off at the airport. Very impressive!!

Overall service was satisfactory, but the only drawback was the shuttle bus after returning the car dropped us off at the domestic terminal, which required a long walk. The driver clearly knew we were international tourists and could have dropped us off at the international terminal but didn't even ask, which felt somewhat intentional. By the way, our family of four were the only passengers in the vehicle.

It was okay. I forgot to bring my passport, so I asked my friend to bring it for me. Since I was in a hurry, I requested the store to let me complete the required forms, payment, and inspection in advance, so that I could pick up the car immediately when my passport arrived. However, the store firmly refused, not allowing even the filling of forms or payment. After waiting for an hour, once the passport arrived, they slowly brought out the forms one by one, explained everything at a slow pace, and played a video for me to watch. The entire process took almost fifteen minutes, which I found quite frustrating.

The cars are not at airport and we had to take shuttle bus for 15 mins. Waiting time for shuttle meant that total 30 mins was spent getting to counter and keys

You only need a driver's license issued by a contracting country of the 1949 Geneva Convention and an IDP. The passport doesn't need to be issued by the same country.

Apart from one staff member in a red uniform whose lack of smile and stiff conversation made me somewhat dissatisfied, the other employees were very friendly and had a good sense of service. Moreover, the car I received was different from the one I booked, and the store didn’t explain this when I picked up the car. It wasn’t until I returned the car and inquired that the staff said it was because the original model didn't have snow tires, so they replaced it with one that did. I bought insurance at the store, but when I called to discuss return details, the staff initially claimed we hadn’t purchased any insurance. It wasn't until I insisted she check carefully that she realized we had full coverage. This is my experience feedback.

Car and staff were good and friendly. Good thing i booked and got a 4wd prius as i believe that is super helpful to drive in snow (without ice chain on wheels). Car infotaiment wasnt friendly. Ended up without music most of the time and only occasional radio every now amd then in the city

It is better if there is a new car or not too aged car to be offered, since this time they had reserved a car which is run over 20k km already. But the staff in Japan service is good and polite, just the location of car pick up and drop off in Sapporo seems too far away from Airport.
