Even though the rental office is about a 20-minute drive from the airport, they arrange shuttle service both ways and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. When I swapped cars, there was a gas station right next door, which made refueling and returning the car super convenient.

A fantastic car rental experience. The store provides service during lunchtime and the staff were very friendly. I rented the car the day after arriving in Osaka, and they picked us up from the hotel to handle the paperwork at the store. After returning the car, they even dropped us off at the airport terminal. The car was great too— the Honda N-box was very easy to drive and fuel-efficient.

It seems to be a personal company where individuals deliver the cars. The service is good, but the ETC rental fee is too expensive, and a deposit is required. It's not comparable to another company. Feels like they are a group that joined the platform with a few cars of their own, and the vehicle model and who delivers it are arranged ad hoc.

Very satisfied with the car rental service this time. Pickup and drop-off can be arranged directly at the airport's immigration area, which is very convenient. Make sure to add their Line, WeChat, or WhatsApp; messages are replied to quickly, and they have a great attitude. The car is very clean! The ETC card rental is 500 yen per day. If you plan to visit areas near Osaka for more than two days, I recommend renting it.

The car was parked in the lot right opposite the airport, and the counter was on the first floor of AEROPLAZA. No need to take a shuttle to another location, very convenient and time-saving. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and spoke fluent English. The main points to be aware of, such as prohibited monthly parking lots and nearby gas stations for refueling on return, were all explained clearly. There was guidance when returning the car, which was very convenient. The provided child safety seat and ETC options were very handy. The car was in good condition, with less than 10,000 kilometers.

It's just on the first floor of the airport. Although it was my first time at Osaka Kansai Airport and I don't speak Japanese well with limited English, it was easy to find by following the signs. The female receptionist was very patient, and there was basically no communication barrier.
