Though the van itself had issues and had to be replace midway through our trip, the customer service at M7 was excellent. When we first picked up our van, Gus offered us umbrellas to use throughout out rental time in case of rain. Then when we had car trouble he took responsibility for it and replace our van with a new one the next morning. Gus was excellent to work with.

We had guaranteed concrete model, but did received a different car. When asked about it they didn't try to resolve it in any way. When asked when the ordered car could be available they said in a month. Probably to just get rid of us.

The rental route suggested by online users is totally accurate! After exiting the airport, walk for 2 minutes to 11B. The staff will give you a number tag, and a free shuttle bus will take you to the office.

Overall, I am quite satisfied. The car was properly cleaned before given to us. They initially assigned us a different model, but I requested the originally specified boxy car and they obliged. The only downside is that last time in Naha, I rented from Toyota and all cars were hybrids, which felt more eco-friendly and fuel-efficient. However, ABC Rent-a-Car only had gasoline cars.

Overall, it's good, but while the price is cheap, there are many terms and conditions. I bought the collision damage waiver, so I don't have to pay for car damage in case of an accident, but if the car is delayed and can't be rented out to others, I have to pay a 20,000 yen penalty. Haha, I have to be extremely careful.
