Car wasn't thoroughly cleaned still sand on floor and seats. Rest was good. Gor to dealership and was told that it was not open on the Monday we were to bring back the car so we were forced to pay an additional day. Very frustrating.

The service was decent, but the car was too old. Even after refueling, the fuel gauge didn't display properly.

The waiting time is about 5 mins. However the document process took about 20 mins as the computer hanged(told by the staff) or she is very slow in doing her work

The rental company moved, and the GPS couldn't find it. They came to pick us up after we called. Very responsible and friendly.

Not crowded, excellent service. Picked up the car in Geelong for a self-drive trip along the Great Ocean Road. I didn't know the route, but the staff enthusiastically explained everything and even drew a map for me. Very satisfied.

Overall satisfied. The store has few staff and they are quite busy, always answering the phone. The first car had a problem with a broken high beam light. After we reported it, they immediately gave us a replacement car.
