I specifically reserved a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, but ended up with a fuel-consuming car. Not only did my fuel costs go up, but I also encountered numerous issues while looking for gas stations! Terrible experience!

Very good, Sky helped upgrade the car model and provided a brand-new vehicle within one year, making it very comfortable to drive. Overall pricing is reasonable compared to major rental companies, but there's no counter inside the airport, so pickup is outside the airport.

Very satisfied, the staff were very patient, much better than my experience with Hertz. I've decided to stick with YesRentalCar for future rentals. Compared to Hertz, which charged me random fees (even though I returned the car with a full tank, they charged me a fee for not refueling fully), YesRentalCar treats customers with respect.

The vehicle was very new with just over 10,000 kilometers on the odometer. It was fuel-efficient, and the CarPlay connection made navigation very convenient. Additionally, the lane-keeping assist feature was excellent. If you're used to driving left-hand drive cars, switching to right-hand drive might feel a bit off, but the system immediately alerts you if the vehicle veers out of the lane, which is particularly helpful.

The paperwork was handled smoothly, but there was only one staff member in the entire store, so we had to find the parking lot ourselves. A group of us dragged our suitcases around for a while before we found it. Once we found the car, we were not familiar with it, and there was no one to guide us. It took quite a while to get going. Returning the car was very simple and smooth, just handed the keys to the counter.
