The service was good, but the car's condition was average. The car was in very poor condition. The taillight was broken, the steering wheel was misaligned, and the car body had multiple scratches. Thankfully, I purchased full insurance, or else I would worry about disputes when returning the car.

The service was excellent. I purchased basic insurance on the platform and upgraded to full coverage on-site, so there was no need for reimbursement. The store didn't inspect the vehicle much. Everything was very quick—15 minutes to pick up the car and 5 minutes to return it.

The condition and clean of car is quite good. The assistant's service attitude is quite friendly as well. She treated my family with 4 bottle of cool water. It feel great after long journey. It did not wait long time to get the car.

Rental from Koh Samui airport. I damaged the rear paintwork slightly and expected the worst in respect of my 9000baht deposit. Very pleasantly surprised to receive an email same day showing a deduction under 3000baht for the repair. Balance immediately refunded. Never encountered such professionalism from a foreign car hire company before. Highly recommend.

Pretty good. You need a credit card to pick up the car. After returning the car, we had to go back to the hotel. It would have been nice if the driver could drop us off, even if there was an extra charge, as it would be more convenient than getting a separate taxi.

The car rental company's counter is right at the Koh Samui Airport arrival terminal. The staff were very uniformed, and the rental documents were pre-prepared. I took the prepared documents for confirmation and after a simple English communication, I successfully rented the car. The car was relatively new, very clean inside and out, although there were several scratches on the body. I took pictures of these before taking the car, and the staff made detailed notes on the rental form. Upon return, the staff conducted a detailed inspection of the car's exterior and raised no objections. The handover was smooth. My first experience renting a car abroad was successful and pleasant.

Had to wait a bit as there was another customer ahead of us in the queue when we were picking up the car but the staff were very courteous and tried hard to speed things up once it was our turn. The car was pretty new with around 5,000km on the clock so that was a nice surprise as we are used to getting older high mileage cars when we have opted for the fully insured package. Returning the car was a bit confusing but that was more the setup of the Koh Samui airport rather than National itself. Many thanks! P/S: the 10,000 Baht deposit taken on your credit card at the point of pick-up will take 2 weeks to be refunded so be aware that is the case!
