ASAP doesn't have a counter, but the car was in excellent condition, only over 20,000 kilometers, super fuel-efficient. The staff were very nice. However, I would suggest having a basic level of English if you're renting a car. This time, I traveled to Krabi and Phuket, and having a car was incredibly convenient.

Apart from struggling to find the store, everything was perfect. For people who don't speak English, it can be difficult to communicate with the staff over the phone. Luckily, we managed to connect successfully, and the staff was helpful in assisting with the procedures. Their attitude was great. Once that's done, you can just drive the car away. The car was easy to drive and handled normal roads well, though its uphill power was lacking. Overall, it was a good experience. Next time I visit Phuket, I will definitely rent a car again—it’s way more convenient than taking taxis!

Pretty good. After arriving in the country, the pickup and drop-off parking lot is right across the exit. The staff will also confirm the car's condition with you for both pickup and drop-off. Returned the car about 25 minutes late, and the staff didn’t say anything.

The partner store of QEEQ has the QEEQ logo. The staff were enthusiastic and efficient. Both picking up and returning the car took only ten minutes. The car was relatively new with an odometer reading of just over 20,000 kilometers. They even provided a phone holder, charging cables, and an umbrella with the car, which were very practical. With a self-driving trip, you can fully control your pace. Highly recommended!

In 2019, I rented a car in Phuket with my family. It was great, just make sure to check the car carefully during inspection. Any small scratches should be noted by the staff. The experience was pretty good. I rented the car in downtown Phuket and returned it at the airport. The staff barely looked at the car when I returned it, making the process very smooth. Now it's 2024, and I'm planning to go to Kuala Lumpur and rent a car again. I was surprised to see a reminder of my 2019 review. Well, if the experience wasn't good, I wouldn't think of renting again. Support QEEQ, keep up the good work! Grow stronger and bigger! Make it easier for us to rent and return cars.

The car had a engine panel fall the second evening we had the car. Loud noises. We took it back the next mor i g and they replaced the car with another. Both cars were older, Over 100km and over 60km on the second one. Both were good vehicles but they should have new windshield wipers. Lots of rain and poor wipers are never good.

A call to Bizcar before drop-off was needed to avoid long waiting for their staff to get the car but we were not informed at pickup so had to wait and almost caused us late going to the gate for departure.
