The car rental counter is very prominent and easy to find. The check-in process was quick, and they even guided us to the airport bus ticket office to check the schedule for trips to Laos. After picking up the car, we headed to Honglian Lake. The scenery along the way was stunning, but unfortunately, we couldn't upload a video. Highly recommend this car rental company to our friends. We needed to extend one day, but the car was already promised to somebody else. However they made is possible to switch the booking. We had to pay about 300 THB more, but I'm glad it saved us 6 hours on the road.

Staff don't have service mind when we drop a car whatever not arrive time to we request to return but staff informed us to return car within they working hour, it cause of we lost some benefit rental time.

No ventilation in the back is totally unexpected and bad! (Doesn‘t need a 2/4zone AC but atleast ventilation in the back too. Cruise control would bring alot of comfort. Otherwise this car is great and can be used for almost everything(not too much power but for the price its a good car) Drop off location , in udon they gave me a paper where to drop it off in chiang mai.. it isnt really good but thats it.
