The overall service was quite good. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I originally wanted to rent an SUV, but I missed the chance as they were quickly rented out. Driving on Koh Samui really calls for an SUV. On the first day, while going uphill, the bottom of the car had a minor scrape. I had only purchased the basic insurance during the car rental process, but later at the store, I upgraded to comprehensive insurance, though it did not cover tires or the undercarriage. When returning the vehicle, they just gave it a quick look, and I was good to go. It was very convenient and reassuring.

Very good, this is my second time. Great service attitude, no hidden charges or unreasonable issues. Booked a Yaris but they silently upgraded me to a Corolla. Thumbs up for the store.

Thai rent a car company is worst in my life When i pick up they charged drop-off fee even I paid in app in advanced ( This case is under processing to solve ) So it took long time to pick-up When I return the car they insisted car had accident then required to me pay 5000 thai baht!! The mark I can remove 5min with toothpaste.... Its cleaning matter not a accident! Because of my flight time is 40min left I had to pay it! start from end Thai a rent a car give me awful experience!!!

Every think went well. Only thig that they ask me to show a printed voucher at pick which was not available. After that they requested me to email the voucher. After I did, they told me this voucher is not enough and they need the one with booking number. I told them I have no other document other than the soft copy of the confirmation. It the end I got the var and luckily I was the only customer at thrier conter during this time.
