The lady at the counter spoke good English, communication was smooth. Returning the car only required dropping the key in the mailbox, which was very quick overall. I rented a gas car but was given a fairly new hybrid, so I hardly spent on fuel in the end.

The service was excellent. They even had a big dog there. The staff were very accommodating and, after asking about the number of passengers and luggage, provided a larger car. Make sure the English address on your driver's license translation can be found on Google Maps to avoid delays.
