Apart from the usual insurance promotion, they also offered an additional 24 euros per day for a model upgrade. I insisted on keeping my original booking, but the car I received ended up being the recommended upgraded model. The deposit was refunded promptly and I received it the same evening.

Based on various reviews online and my personal experience, it's the typical Italian way of doing things. The efficiency was decent, the staff were quite laid-back, but everything worked out fine overall. Communication was fairly smooth, although using a translation app was necessary. The car provided was a CHR with great features, and it drove very smoothly.

Both pickup and drop-off went smoothly. The customer service was very patient. We arrived early and asked if we could pick up the car earlier than scheduled and return it earlier as well. The representative actively negotiated with their manager and agreed to our request. We rented a small Japanese Toyota, and the car model we booked was available. The vehicle was relatively new, in good condition, and easy to drive. The pickup and drop-off locations were easy to find with GPS navigation. Overall, this was our first time renting a car for self-driving abroad, and the experience was excellent. QEEQ's platform made self-driving for overseas trips much more convenient—truly wonderful.

The car provided was an Opel Corsa, which was very fuel-efficient. There were significant scratches on the front and rear doors on the right side, but they did not affect functionality. The counter staff was extremely friendly and patient, providing detailed instructions. After being given the car key, I went to the parking lot to find the car myself. One issue worth mentioning is that the car condition report noted damage on the front and rear doors on the right side when I picked it up. As I was alone, I didn't check the wheels carefully. Fortunately, the video I recorded captured two large scratches on the two rims (why hadn't the rental company identified this earlier?). When returning the car, the staff requested proof of the wheel condition at the time of pickup. Luckily, I had the video evidence, so no compensation was needed. For vehicles with existing damage, make sure to inspect more carefully and take photos of every part as documentation.

Extremely cheap booking but they made it up by charging 14x as much to add an additional driver at the counter. The car had several small scuffs and dings on pick-up but they decided it had an additional scratch on a wing mirror on return - it didn't - and are trying to charge me 90 euros for it.

The staff was very friendly. They could locate the reservation with just a name and driver's license, then deposit payment was required to collect the car. I wrote my name, address, phone number, and email on paper for the staff. However, when reviewing the order, I found that they had entered the address incorrectly. I informed them immediately, and they said they would correct it. Despite this, the order contract I received via email was still incorrect. When returning the car, I informed the staff again and rewrote the information, but the subsequent email still contained the same mistake.

Pick-up and drop-off were very convenient. The staff were responsible and professional. Basic insurance package with no aggressive upselling. Since it wasn't full coverage, a higher deposit preauthorization of €2500 was required, but it was immediately released after the vehicle inspection on the return day. The car was in good condition overall, and the experience was excellent.

It was quite good, no queues upon arrival. The process started immediately. I read in other reviews that there could be up to a 3-hour wait, but there wasn’t any. The prices were very cheap, and although they did try to sell insurance, you just need to tell them you don’t need it. The staff were also nice; they understood we didn’t need the insurance and didn’t push further. I didn’t see any signs of racial discrimination as some reviews mentioned. Everyone finds their own car, and it seems like they don’t have many staff in the first place. The cars given out were all SUVs; the person before me, who was white, got the same. The deposit was 1200 euros, which was just a hold and not an actual charge; as long as the car was returned in good condition, the deposit was refunded directly. I was quite worried after reading the reviews, but everything went very smoothly, and the vehicle was also good.

Quick and efficient. They do promote insurance, but if you say no, they respect your choice without any hassle. There's no need to stick to rental companies inside the airport terminal, as this limits your options. Many rental companies are just a few minutes' walk from the airport, so you can choose those with better reviews and a wider range of vehicles.

I marked the drop off location as 3/5 as when entering the airport it’s quite tricky to find the location, even the second time I dropped off the car (I rented with them once before). whereas to Find the pickup from arrivals and to exit from the location is quite easy. Diagram of the damages of the car was not updated and the level of the fuel was not OK. During the drop-off they found new damage on the front bumper but when we show them pictures from pick up they gave up and no further action was taken.

Italian roads are very narrow, so we booked a small car. However, when we went to pick up the car at the scheduled time, the rental company didn't have the model we reserved and we ended up with a larger car. Although it was more comfortable to ride in, it was harder to drive and fuel costs were higher. The front desk staff was quite helpful despite limited English skills and even tried to sell us insurance, which we declined after clarifying the details. Be mindful when picking up your car.

Maggiore at Catania tried to sell me insurance and refused they then tried to del me fuel option and I again refused. Despite this they charged me for the fuel option. The vehicle had pre-existing damage. They did not note damage to the front right rim being a scratch. When I returned the car the agent wiped only the front right rim and said I scratched it. I felt scammed and it has been a nightmare dealing with this

We received a smaller car Peugeot 208. We had problems with lights and we had to change one and no rembourse for it. They wanted us to buy a second inssurance for the car we already paid to Easyrentcars throw AXa insurrance- we didn't... Many scraches on the car. But the car was clean and the personal at the drop off was effective.

The staff at the store were quite indifferent. They didn't print the rental time according to the night order, which resulted in a high displayed amount. After calling QEEQ, it was clarified that they had calculated the time for a few extra hours, resulting in additional rental and other fees. It was resolved after customer service coordination.

Car was good with no problems apart from a horseshoe shaped crack in the windscreen that had not been noticed by the staff fortunately it did not cause any problems but could have smashed completely especially on some of the unmade Sicilian roads had a stone kicked up. Now we are being charged 81Euros for a slight scratch on the wheel hub cap.

Had to replace a car because the battery was off. It took us extra 2 hours to replace the vehicle. We were also charged extra 10 euros for cleaning although we kept the car clean. Spent 4 hours in total at rental office during our 3 days vacation. Very dissatisfied.

Quite affordable, and the requirements for a driver's license are low. Early in the morning, they called me to tell me my car was blocking someone's door and asked me to move it. That's really thoughtful! There are fewer cars available, so book in advance.
