Renting a car here is really worry-free. This rental company provides excellent service. On the first day, I drove up the mountain to eat durian and noticed that the brakes on the first car felt a bit soft. The next day, I planned to drive from Penang to Ipoh for sightseeing, so I contacted the owner. They quickly confirmed to switch the car and even had a colleague deliver the replacement to me at around 10 PM. Truly touched by their service. They also took care of all other things such as the highway card. In short, it was extremely hassle-free.

The arrival area has two levels; we usually exit the plane at the first floor and need to go up to the second floor to find gate 5. They prefer Visa cards without the UnionPay logo, but in practice, cards with the UnionPay logo work just as well. Overall, I am very satisfied. My basic English was not an issue as they use translation software to help you.
