Clean car and the staff are very helpful. We couldn't find the booth and have missed Mr Izz who was in front of the arrival hall. Nevertheless, we approached another Eurocar staff and she was accommodating to call Mr Izz immediately to inform that we are already at the airport. During the drop-off day, although Mr Izz was on leave and we were about 15 minutes early, the staff politely requested us to wait for the designated staff to arrive from the nearby parking. In summary, it was a pleasant experience...

Our rented car model was perfect for the trip, though things for improvement with regards to the car would be a faulty rear sensor (affecting the parking process) and faulty left/right signal sound (working normally, though no internal car sound on usage). Otherwise Kasina's staffs were very professional and friendly throughout the collection and return process.

I didn't get insurance oversell as I saw happened to other people. The car is pretty OK for the budget and very gas efficient. The pick-up is pretty smooth and easy to find, but the drop-off took a bit time primarily due to early morning (7:30am) and busy rental car drop-offs. Overall, very good for the budget

Car condition was average only. Wasn’t being informed that speed limit is only 70km upon car collection. We had to pay FINE RM150 due to this. If we were verbally informed, we can take extra precautions.

The car is average condition. The reverse sensor is broken so we have to be aware and drive carefully. Quite an old car but functions well with good spacious boot can fit our small size cabin luggage's and 4 adults. During pickup the provider is a bit late and we couldn't find exactly the meeting point due to many rental cars company also waiting. However easy to deal with the staff. Don't forget to pay parking during working hours to avoid summons ticket.

Like: First of all Hafiz was very fluent in English, peasant personality. High level of service quality rendered.
Dislike: As I didn't listened clearly on the dropoff point I ended up entering the carpark which I couldn't exit. Eventually parked in the car park and Wales across where Hafiz was already waiting for us. He took over from there and left with a smile.
