Would never recommend thrifty company and EV vehicle to anyone for rental . It wasted lot of my time , energy in managing charging and it became the focus of all my planning. The drop off location was tricky to find. The GPS takes you to Hertz in the lower level. When we used the ramp the representative confronted us because we came the wrong way --silly me! Then later she decided to take the car to the drop off herself. Then at the counter, I spend a while because the representative at the floor was supposed to close the contract and didn't. No much of a trouble only a little bit too long.

Went early, not too many people, and the queue time was short. The service attitude of the rental company staff was average, not too friendly but not rude. They strongly recommended many unnecessary extra items. In the end, I only accepted paying around 50 USD for not having to refill the gas tank upon return. In hindsight, it was unnecessary since there were plenty of gas stations around the return area. Additionally, about three weeks after returning home, my credit card was automatically charged 26 USD. After inquiry, I found out it was due to an electronic toll. The toll was 1 USD, and the rental company's service fee was 25 USD, which seems excessive.

Extremely dissatisfied. The rental company staff were rude throughout the entire process. They set up various obstacles to prevent us from picking up the car. Tried every possible way to charge us extra fees and attempted to forcefully sell us a full tank of gas at a high price. They refused to give us the car unless we bought it. We've rented cars multiple times in the UK, USA, and Thailand and have never encountered such unreasonable behavior. Even in Japan, where the process is the most complicated and strict, we were treated politely. Very disappointed, this is a company that does not respect its customers.
