The service attitude was excellent, especially when I encountered a problem connecting to CarPlay. A young gentleman at the pickup location patiently helped me and, after discovering the issue was with my data cable, he even gave me a new one, which was a great help! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name in the rush, and I feel very sorry about that!

The store staff handled the process with little enthusiasm and tried to charge for a vehicle upgrade by directly adding insurance and highway usage fees to the bill. Although we reviewed it carefully and canceled everything, it still left a bad impression. A deposit of $2000 was required, while at Avis in Los Angeles, it was only $200. During the rental period, accidentally using the highway was my fault, and the toll was only a few dollars, but there was an additional $9.9 service fee. Fine, but it couldn't be deducted from the deposit. Instead, they provided a website for me to pay (both the toll and the service fee) myself, though the 'service' part remains unclear. The payment process on the website didn’t work, so eventually, I had to contact the Zuzuche customer service for a new link to resolve the issue.

There are hidden charges. If you don’t ask, they’ll add a bunch of random extras like insurance, towing, and toll fees, and ask you to sign. Do not listen to the store staff's upselling. Many of these are already paid for on QEEQ, just tell them you want zero extras.

I paid a deposit via WeChat on the platform to book the car, later purchased the highway ETC from the rental company, and when returning the car, I discovered additional hidden fees. Honestly, it's hard to figure out how they calculate costs.

When picking up the car, the actual vehicle provided was not the same as the one reserved. Additionally, upon arriving at the parking lot, there was no car in the designated spot. I returned to the counter only to find that Budget had already closed. After asking around, I learned that Budget shares operations with Avis, so I had to go to Avis and wait in line. Everyone ahead of me also had reservations but no cars, so they were sent to Avis as well. It seems better to choose a larger company for car rentals in the future.

Where do I start. It took way to long at the counter. Because a family of 12 could not get a cat. So the line was very long. Finally we checked in. Went downstaires....no cars. We had to wait almost 60 minutes. But because it was first car to come we got a way bigger car. So overal we were happy.

Worst rental car I have ever had and I have rented a lot of vehicles. Absolutely filthy. Spent 2 hours cleaning it when I got home before ever going on our trip. Will never rent from them again.

The staff was excellent esp Zahid (backend) and Curtis at front desk. First Silver Lacrosse we got had more than a dozen dings and was in poor shape from the outside. Second Red lacrosse was better but both lacrosse sedans were missin steering adjustment switches. If they get fresher inventory they ll be five stars over all.

They insisted on adding an extra insurance on the spot, which cost an additional $400, and wouldn't let me pick up the car without it. After half an hour of argument, I had no choice but to agree. They also didn't provide a receipt. Very unhappy.

No pudimos obtener el vehículo por que 1. Se tardaron como una hora en irnos a buscar al aeropuerto. 2. El muchacho que nos llevó al renta cars iba a muy alta velocidad y en dos oportunidades estuvo a punto de chocar con otros vehículos. 3. Al llegar al la supuesta oficina era un total desastre, sucia, destruida, mal oliente, los pisos rotos, sin sistema de aire acondicionado. 4. La persona en el lugar encarga de atender al público nunca ni un saludo en más de 2 horas de espera, en varias oportunidades intentamos hablar con ella y nos ignoró totalmente, más de un cliente se fue, no tomó importancia alguna a que estábamos con un bebé el cual lloraba del calor existente en el lugar, la Sra ni se preocupó por decirnos algo al decirle que nos retirábamos, llamamos a un Uber y nos fuimos al centro de renta del aeropuerto. LO PEOR QUE ME A PASADO EN NUESTROS VIAJES CON UN RENTA CAR. No deberían tenerlos en su página.

the car was dirty windows so bad I could not see and I stopped and got cleaner to clean them dash and armrest were stickey from coffee or coke. low tire and guage was on and they said don't worry about it just drive it. it was the dirtiest car I have ever rented took an hr to get it when I arrived there after waiting at airport for 56 minutes and was told they were only 8 minutes away and I had to call 3 times to get them there

Had to wait for an hour to get a shuttle. Many regular shuttle buses came and went while I was waiting for the special one. I was taken to a very odd location, far from the regular rental agencies. I was told that their hours were 8-5. I was only in Houston for part of the day, and 100 miles. I had to drop the van at a diff. location. I was told that the 20$ fee would be waived. It wasn't. I called Ace. They never called me back. I e-mailed Easyrentcars.com, and the e-mails were not accepted.

I was unable to obtain communication with anybody on my arrival into Houston Bush on May 7th, and ended up renting from Advantage. Your phone system messaging was awful, un-intuitive; did I understand ACE offices close at 3:00pm??!!
