Counter staff were friendly & helpful The car was ok but smelled of cigarettes which I reported before I left the facility. I left my handicapped sign by mistake when I returned the car - I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the Hertz counter at the airport where I returned the car - I will be back in the next 2 weeks & hope I can retrieve it then.

Enterprise no me entregó el auto que prometió (compacto), me dijeron en el mostrador que lo único que tenían disponible era una van. Yo reservé un compacto no necesitaba una van que me consumió mucha gasolina!

El coche estaba en condiciones buenas, sin embargo había ciertos daños que presentaba como chapa rota, y daños en las copas de las llantas, sin embargo el auto funcionaba perfectamente
