When picking up the car in Brighton, the staff assured us that they would notify the Oxford team to arrange transportation for us to the Oxford station when we returned the car. However, when we returned the car on time, the Oxford staff claimed they had not received any notification, so there was no driver available to take us to the station. We had to ask the Oxford staff to call a taxi, and we paid for it ourselves to get to the station. This made us feel deceived, which was very disappointing.
