Had to buy insurance on-site. The car had big scratches but was told not to worry about them. No need to change the car. The model was a FIAT 500 SUV. Quite far from the airport. Wait time was a bit long, but the price was reasonable.

The car had downgraded features, and there was no response from the rental company. I was also forced to buy a 200 Euro insurance!
