After exiting Santorini Airport, follow the path up to the second floor. They told me there was only one automatic car left, an old one. Because there are many steep roads in Santorini, I recommend renting a car.

No Budget sign at the booth. In fact it was running by Avis. No one at the counter have to wait for sometime. Asking too many documents which I have never experienced. Once bought extra insurance things turned around. He became very nice. Blood face all he wanted was extra money.

Overall, it was okay. The staff were very friendly but extremely meticulous during the inspection! They paid close attention even to the tiniest scratches. They kept promoting their insurance. The car was quite old and didn't have Bluetooth, so I used my own speaker to play music throughout the trip. Given the low price, it's a reasonable option for those looking for affordability. Taking photos and videos during pickup is highly recommended, and the staff there also suggested doing so because they are very thorough during the inspection. For example, they spent a lot of time and recorded even a scratch smaller than half the size of a pinky fingernail. I was worried that they would be equally strict during drop-off. Luckily, I drove very carefully and avoided any scratches or collisions. However, there were indeed many gravel roads, so extra caution is necessary.

Rented during the off-season, no waiting required, completed the formalities and picked up the car immediately. The car was not the model I reserved and was slightly smaller than expected. When returning the car, there was no staff in the office area, had to call someone to come and complete the return.

The rental company staff were very friendly. They couldn't find my reservation from QEEQ but arranged a new car for me without changing the price. I suggest renting directly from the car rental company next time as QEEQ is unreliable.

The car was pretty dirty on pickup and the backseat didn’t lock in. They charge an extra 24 euros for off hour drop off which was not previously disclosed and for which they were late for. Also I did not receive my change from the representative (he gave me part of it after I called and followed up).

On arrival at the airport I had to ask another desk where ABBYCAR was situated and there was no desk as described online. On leaving the terminal a very nice agent had a sign with our name on and we were taken to the office 5 minutes away . The man was very kind and professional and on arrival down an unlit dirt track joked that he wasn’t going to kidnap us ..... The office and pick up was quick and easy however the car he collected us in he handed over to us and we were shocked

The car was much bigger and older than the one we booked at the reservtion so we were not able to park properly to the hotel´s parkway. We kindly asked to change the car to the company the next day but the representative refused to give us another car arguing they did not have any. He did not give us a solution. Very bad customer service.

Their English was pretty good, and the car rental process was quite straightforward. We had an early morning flight and the staff managed to meet us at the airport promptly, although there was an extra charge for services outside regular hours. Unlike in Germany, where you can just drop the keys at a designated spot free of charge if it's outside working hours.

1. They don't have our Nissan Pulsar car ready when we reach there 2. They offer a smaller Nissan Micra and asked us to return the next day to exchange 3. And they offer an no need to fill petrol offer to us, so we returned the car without fill any petrol 4. They do not open until 8am, so they asked as to return the car at 730am without lock the door and leave the key inside the car

Terrible experience at picking up the car here. Just because I didn’t want to purchase their own insurance (because I had an insurance with a third company), they treated me in very rude manner. The guy seemed offended and started telling me that I was the only one doing such a thing and when I ask you to give me a piece of paper where he wrote all the conditions of the deposit I was paying he throw it to the bin in such a theatrical way saying that that paper was his (he should have studied drama instead of being a mediocre rental car assistance). Then he made me sign the contract when it said that the card did not have any scratches when I have not had seen the car and I politely asked to see the car first. He shouted at me saying that that was normal procedure. When I arrive to the car there were scratches so I had to make them come to the car and amend the contract by hand.
