The location was easy to find, no queues, and the car pickup was very quick. They provided us with a nearly new car with just over 9000 kilometers on the odometer. The staff was very friendly as well—highly recommended. Additionally, we purchased full insurance for 6 euros per day. Since there are many wild bushes that grow into the roads on Zakynthos Island, which could easily scratch the car, I’d suggest getting full insurance.

No airport pickup, has to walk 5 minutes to the office. Counter staff was rude. Car was nothing like the one I saw in the pictures. The car condition was terrible, old and dirty with engine sounds. Upon returning the car, they knew exactly where to look for to find an odd chip in the paint job underneath the car, and charged me for the damage. I would not recommend this company one bit even if the rental is free.

Only complaint was that Drive did not have their own office at Zakynthos airport. Instead they are collocates with Europcar just outside the airport.

Car was an old and battered Corsa, more akin to a well used second hand car rather than a hire car. The air con was woeful and was next to useless and was a key requirement at this time of year in Greece. The rental return staff blamed the car manufacturer!!

Car was in very poor condition in and out, the worst thing was the smell inside the car that won't go away even after windows left open overnight.. Replacement car was offered after contacting Green motion which was good.

Car was great, but rear seatbelt fastenings oddly had their covers removed, meaning that when a bump was hit or a bend in the road the passenger leans against the switch and the seatbelt was unfastened! Very dangerous.

You have to cross the road from the airport to collect the car. ADDCAR locked 1,300e on my credit card. Other car rental companies didn't.

The car rental office is very easy to find, just a 300-meter walk to the left after exiting the airport. The paperwork is simple with no insurance upsells. We booked a Polo but received a very new Citroën C3. The trunk is spacious enough for two large suitcases and one small suitcase. The tank wasn't full, and you don't need to return it full either. Zakynthos isn't very big, so unless you're driving around the island every day, you won't use much fuel.

The car was far below expectations. We did not get the model hired. The car was old (58k kilometers) holes and stains on the seats. Clearly we got the oldest car on stock. No value for money. I will not hire there again
