Renting a car here is really worry-free. This rental company provides excellent service. On the first day, I drove up the mountain to eat durian and noticed that the brakes on the first car felt a bit soft. The next day, I planned to drive from Penang to Ipoh for sightseeing, so I contacted the owner. They quickly confirmed to switch the car and even had a colleague deliver the replacement to me at around 10 PM. Truly touched by their service. They also took care of all other things such as the highway card. In short, it was extremely hassle-free.

The Van is not toyota Hiace. And actually it is China brand Van. The Van is new. But the China Van Engine is very loud and no power. The transmission is not smooth. I prefer the Vender should not mention this is a Toyota Hiace since the performance is totally different.

This is my 2nd time using this service from Suria. Their staff is friendly and professional. They deliver the car to us and we collected it right at the pick up lobby of the airport. Very easy and convenient. Car is clean too. No complain at all!

I rented a car for five days in total. Initially, I got a Nissan Almera, but on the third day, the car suddenly couldn't shift gears. I contacted customer service, and after waiting for more than an hour in downtown Penang, an employee from the rental company arrived with a Honda City to replace my car. The replacement car was relatively newer, had better power, and I drove smoothly all the way to Kuala Lumpur.

It's a legitimate company with clear information about the contract and insurance. The car has 41,000 kilometers on it with numerous scratches and peeled paint, but the interior is fine and it doesn't affect driving.

Very satisfied. Make sure to call the number provided in the system when you arrive at the airport. The arrival area has two levels; we usually exit the plane at the first floor and need to go up to the second floor to find gate 5. They prefer Visa cards without the UnionPay logo, but in practice, cards with the UnionPay logo work just as well. Overall, I am very satisfied. My basic English was not an issue as they use translation software to help you.
