It seems to be a personal company where individuals deliver the cars. The service is good, but the ETC rental fee is too expensive, and a deposit is required. It's not comparable to another company. Feels like they are a group that joined the platform with a few cars of their own, and the vehicle model and who delivers it are arranged ad hoc.

Again, please check the condition of the car especially music player. Driving 4-5 hours a day without music is very sleepy. With the cold weather and the sunshine, it was very very sleepy environment, haha.

The vehicle was very basic overall, and the 3-cylinder engine vibrated significantly when starting. The pickup and drop-off locations did not have fixed offices or parking lots; they operated in an informal manner by delivering the car at the departure station entrance. There was no standardized process. When exchanging the car, I took a photo showing the fuel gauge was full, but later they claimed it was not and required extra refueling.

Very satisfied with the car rental service this time. Pickup and drop-off can be arranged directly at the airport's immigration area, which is very convenient. Make sure to add their Line, WeChat, or WhatsApp; messages are replied to quickly, and they have a great attitude. The car is very clean! The ETC card rental is 500 yen per day. If you plan to visit areas near Osaka for more than two days, I recommend renting it.

The vehicle was quite old. The charger was broken as soon as we got in the car. Although it was spacious inside, the car had noticeable scratches. Despite the broken charger, the staff took me for immediate repair. However, it was quite inconvenient. Additionally, there is an extra fee if you want to pick up the car directly from the airport.

the counter staff tried his best. I tried to understand from his point of view. The only problem i had was the battery failure to solve it promptly or give us adequate time to continue our journey . Thankfully , we have full insurance coverage against battery issue and rescue service.

For this branch, the staff advise us to buy more insurance. When I told him that I paid basically insurance (included CDW) from the application already, he said it’s from the application (not from Nippon rent a car). The basic cost around ¥1,500/day, but I denied to pay more. He warned us, if something happened just a little bit destroyed. The dealer will charge us at least ¥150,000, luckily we drive safely along the trip. When we drop the car on the last day, the old staff urged us for the nearest gas station’s receipt before returning. But I told him that the receipt I put it at the hotel and I didn’t fill the petrol from here, so I showed him that the fuel scale is full and a little bit over scale too. Finally he is okay for that, but it takes time for a while.

The car was in good but the car navigation system was not working. I needed to use google map to lead my way in my whole trip. I have raised a complaint to the Nissan staff when I returned the car and requested them to fix the problem before giving the car to the next driver. Overall, the Nissan staff and the car were good and I had a good rental experience apart from the car navigation system.

จองรถ Alphard แต่ได้รถ Velfire เลข กม.ประมาณ 14x,xxx เครื่องยนต์เงียบดี จัดเก็บกระเป๋าเดินทางไป 5 ใบ และผู้โดยสารนั่งสะดวกสบายดี รับรถที่สนามบินคันไซ ที่เดียวกับ Toyota และที่คืนใน naniwa แถว namba ก็เป็นของโตโยต้าเหมือนกัน พนักงานบริการดีค่ะ และโทรขอความช่วยเหลือจาก จนท. HERTZ ที่ไทย ก็ได้รับความช่วยเหลือดีมากๆ ค่ะ

The Hertz store at Osaka Airport is located at the Nikko Hotel across from the airport. We spent quite a bit of time inside the airport before we found out.

It's just on the first floor of the airport. Although it was my first time at Osaka Kansai Airport and I don't speak Japanese well with limited English, it was easy to find by following the signs. The female receptionist was very patient, and there was basically no communication barrier.
