I originally booked a Honda Fit but was given a Toyota Sienta. If the vehicle I reserved is not available, at least inform me in advance rather than letting me find out upon pickup.

The car rental company staff mostly spoke English, so communication wasn't an issue. They were courteous and enthusiastic. The car process was very quick, only took ten minutes.
