This experience exceeded expectations, with none of the concerns I had before. 1. Got a free upgrade from Noah to Alphard. 2. The rental company staff delivered the car directly to the airport, eliminating the need to go to the store for processing. The process was smooth and fast, with no upselling. 3. The vehicle's condition met expectations—it was older but well-maintained and fully functional. 4. Returning the car was quick and simple—it took just 5 minutes without needing to queue.

Customer service was really responsive. There were six of us, and they originally gave us an Alphard. With two separate seats in the middle and one seat folded down in the third row for luggage, it basically only had five usable seats so we couldn’t all fit. The staff at the counter immediately swapped it for a Vellfire next door, which had a three-seat second row, so we could do a 2-3-1 setup and everyone fit comfortably. That deserves a big thumbs up! The only downside is that the cars at this branch are quite old, the model and condition both feel dated, and probably because of that, there was a bit of a smell inside.

Absolutely highly recommended. Before renting, I didn't know that small cars cannot use the pass for certain roads. The staff calculated the cost difference between upgrading to a medium-sized car that can use the pass and continuing with the small car, including the toll fees for highways. They also clearly explained the additional costs of upgrading to a medium-sized car, allowing me to make an informed choice. The entire process took only ten minutes. The staff was very familiar and efficient with the rental process. If I rent a car again in the future, I will definitely use this service.

I got the car not my booked model Suzuki Baleno and they gave me another model Suzuki Maruti vehicle body height too high. It can't get into the car park elevator when check-in hotel.
