I booked through an agent but picked up the car at Europcar. Although I specified in advance that I needed a 7-seater, it seemed like there was poor communication between the service provider and Europcar. When I arrived, they only had a 5-seater available, and I had to pay extra to upgrade to the only 7-seater, a brand-new Multivan. The staff at the store were chatting away, probably because it was close to Christmas, and they didn't attend to us while we were waiting.
