Die Wartezeit bei Abholung war ziemlich lang.Es wurden zusätzliche Versicherungen angeboten. Das Auto selbst war in sehr gutem Zustand, wie neu. Die Rückgabe war sehr schnell und vollkommen problemlos. Das Parkhaus von allen Vermietern ist recht schlecht gelegen.

Our flight was scheduled to arrive at 10:50 PM, but the app stated that the counter closed at 11:00 PM. I consulted QEEQ's customer service, and they assured me someone would still be at the counter, so I went ahead and made the booking confidently. To be on the safe side, I chose Hertz, and it turned out to be either good luck or excellent service from Hertz, as someone was indeed there when I arrived at 11:30 PM. The only other staffed counter was Europar. Arriving late had its perks, though. After a brief friendly chat, I was genuinely grateful, as I needed to meet a client 100 kilometers away in Villingen the next day. The kind lady upgraded me to a 20,000-kilometer Alfa Romeo SUV.

The Europcar staff provided detailed explanations. I originally booked a Hyundai I30, but it was unavailable at the rental location, so they provided a Jeep Renegade instead. The car was in excellent condition—clean and tidy—exceeding expectations.

Same process as every rental company except a problem with the payment card used to pay the 250€ deposit. With enterprise, it's possible to pay the deposit with debit card (until the category "SUV, MEDIUM car. For luxury cars (category F), they need a credit card.
