We booked Seat Leon, but were given Peugeot 308, which is smaller as expected. We were also charged for refueling, despite returning the car in full tank, but we received the refund after complaints.

Efficient and friendly service with good car condition. I booked a Golf but almost got a BMW 1 Series. Ended up with a Peugeot 308 as I needed a bigger trunk. Not sure if that counts as a downgrade.

Returning the car was easy to find. However, if it's your first time renting a car in Germany, it's important to familiarize yourself with the area on the map first. The trick is: once you see the sign of one car rental company, the others will be nearby as they tend to cluster together.

Terrible. A EVITER ABSOLUMENT Pas de contact/comptoir en gare. Pas d'explication sur l'endroit où se trouve le comptoir. Obligé de payer un taxi 14,90€ pour rejoindre l'agence à l'extérieur de la ville personnel très désagréable expérience terrible
