They mentioned airport pickup, but it actually meant the service counter is inside the airport, while the actual car pickup requires a long walk, which is tiring and inconvenient. The Renault we got was a basic model without a backup radar or rear seat handles, making it less convenient to use. However, the overall service was still good.

Excellent service! The car is very new, and the store is newly opened by a local car rental company. Much more affordable compared to nationwide chains! All the cars here are less than two years old. When picking up the car, there was a Highlander that had just arrived the day before—fantastic! No hidden fees, the staff will remind and suggest options for you, but you can decide for yourself. Very normal, no forced purchases or major pitfalls. The overall quality of service there is pretty high. Just make sure to ask questions thoroughly.

The car was an old Ford and consumed a lot of fuel. They tried to upsell insurance once. When returning the car, the staff just gave it a quick check without being too strict. During pickup, they provided a small card explaining that minor scratches within the card's area didn't need to be noted. For fuel, you return the car with the same amount as when you picked it up, no need to fill it completely.

Lovely guy on pick up and lovely lady on drop off. Watch out for car selection in terms of the Athens congestion charge. I had to change from my planned bmw to a Skoda Octavia but it was fine and meant I could go anywhere. Also some more enhanced instructions on where to pick up would be good, but we found them eventually in the car park at the far end of the side of the terminal

The company representative was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, we received a very old car, meaning it was full of scratches and technologically outdated — an Audi Q3 from 2019 without reverse sensors and without a rear camera. Additionally, some safety systems were non-functional, such as the lane-keeping assist, which was disabled. I’d like to remind you that it’s 2024, and I expect an international rental company like Avis to have modern vehicles, not ones that are 5 years old.

I rented a car from this company and extended the rental twice. During the first pickup, the female staff at the front desk was very friendly and professional, providing a car in excellent condition. The second extension was smooth as well, and I kept the same car. However, during the third extension, the front desk staff was an older gentleman who insisted on giving me a different car. It took over 20 minutes to switch to a car with less-than-ideal condition. On the third day of driving, the car's battery died after parking for two hours near the Acropolis. I contacted the rental company, and they sent someone (on a motorcycle) to jump-start the car. I immediately requested a battery replacement or a different car. After driving to the rental company's location near the airport, their technician claimed that the battery issue was my fault and asked me to pay for the replacement. After a 20-minute discussion during which my group strongly insisted, the company replaced the battery (which took only five minutes), and the car worked fine thereafter. Returning the car was the most tedious process I've ever experienced—various inspections were done repeatedly, causing the return process to take about 30 minutes. Overall, my experience was good, but there were issues with the attitude and methods of certain staff members.

This is a Greek chain car rental company, and their service is quite professional. The paperwork was handled quickly, and there was a dedicated person to track and check the condition of the car when picking it up. Upon returning to the airport, a staff member escorted us since we were in a hurry to catch our flight. They arranged for someone to take us to the airport promptly, and the journey takes about fifteen minutes.

It needs to be clear that there is no one waiting for you outside. You need to exit and go to your right where the transit van waits for you. Also again the full to full doesn’t apply. Usually you return the car trying to get the right amount of gas… Generally speaking I would rent again from Abbycar BUT I would like the full to full to be applied. Very friendly staff!

Goldcar rezervation employee pushed us to buy for additional insurance when we checked in. they said to us AXA insurance will not cover my rental days because they will not issue damage invoice when we had accident. Worst customer support i had encountered. We didn't find the shuttle from the airport. waited for about an hour from 2230 to 2330 and didn't see it coming to the designated parking (our plane landed at about 40 min delay). Then took a taxi to their office, which was closed after 2300, and then had to continue with the taxi to our hotel. When we got the day after to their office (taking another taxi) they just didn't care and said that there was a shuttle. Then they did us a 'favor' and agreed to give us the car with the original order from the day before. Offcourse no refund for the taxi was offered.

Very basic car, with more than 35 ths Km, Nissan Pulsar is not similar with P 308. The cost of Insurance on site was much higher than I saw on your site and I paid almost double amount incl. Insurance. Besides I had troubles with rear wheels which loose presure every day.

Very disorganized. I was not greeted at arrivals - had to call several times to get through. Was told they’d pick me up in 5 min, took 25min. Car fuel was literally on empty and not last eighth. After a while realized aircon was very poor, hardly any cold air but was too far away to return. Fuel cap faulty. If I see MAX I will stay away from it next time

This company doesn't have an office at the airport and didn't inform us clearly about the pickup location in advance, causing some inconvenience. Also, the empty tank pickup and return policy is not convenient for customers, as it's hard to return the car with an empty tank.
