I tried contacting them to resolve an issue with the vehicle, but they just ignored the messages. It felt like once you got the car, they didn’t care anymore. Rented the car for eight days, messaged them on the second day, and they only replied when I returned the car. I chose this company because of the high ratings, but I’m very disappointed."

They told me it was fine, but when I requested a replacement, they refused. Upon reaching a speed of 80, it felt like the car might take off at any moment. Parts were rattling, and the door handle was also broken. Truly a terrible experience."

The car I received had no working USB ports, no CarPlay, and even the Bluetooth wasn't functional. After spending quite some time with the staff, they said they could exchange the car the next day. However, they only contacted me in the afternoon, and the new car wasn't even fully fueled. By that time, I had already refilled the tank and was too busy to exchange the car, especially since driving there and back would waste 2-3 hours of my time. A very bad experience overall."

There was a parking fee charged, and the deposit will be refunded after 21 days. The car inspection was thorough. Considering the complex driving conditions in the UAE, it's recommended to purchase full insurance. Crossing the border into Oman was hassle-free. Picking up the car took about 30 minutes, while returning it took only 10 minutes."
