The staff lacked patience. They advertised with a Mercedes to attract customers, but there was no such car available. Instead, I got a basic Peugeot 2008, which had multiple scratches and damages. If you rent, take photos and videos as evidence. They automatically add full insurance and pressure you to accept it. When I declined, their attitude immediately turned cold.

Car wad in very good condition and rental employees were pleasant and informative. The minor thing is that I dropped off a car on Friday 28th June and still waiting for deposit to unhold from card.

The service at the Venice shop is average. They marked the fuel level incorrectly when I picked up the car. Returning the car in Rome went smoothly; they didn't check much before accepting it.
