Excellent! The car was a brand-new vehicle with only 3,000 kilometers, and its condition was outstanding. Before picking up the car, a quick pickup link was provided. After filling out the rental requirements online, the car was handed over without any upselling. The vehicle was equipped with an automatic toll payment device, similar to ETC, which eliminated payment hassles and greatly enhanced convenience. At the drop-off location, dedicated staff conducted a thorough vehicle inspection and immediately completed a return confirmation, ensuring responsibility was clearly defined for both parties and protecting their rights. Overall, pretty good. It was my first time renting a car, so I was a bit worried, but everything went smoothly. At the airport, it was easy to find by following the car rental signs. However, the pickup process took a bit long, around 20 minutes. I originally booked a Suzuki but paid a few hundred yuan at the shop to upgrade to a Volvo XC60. The car was very new, with only a few thousand kilometers, equipped with a built-in navigation system and heads-up display, which made driving very smooth and convenient. Toll fees didn’t need to be paid on-site since the car had something similar to ETC in China.
